how do you clean the stitching of a Breitling leather strap

well I have a black leather strap, with white stitch.

But the white stitch isn' t that white anymore, it is just too dirty :| . Tried water and soap, didn' t work. So how do I clean it?

Have you tried one of those "Oxy magic" or clorox stain pens ? I wear white shirts ..........alot, and they tend to be stain magnets. I keep one of the pens in my bag and I've removed ketchup , juice , tomatoe sauce etc. . They're cheap and worth a try.

I've noticed that my gen Breitling strap that has a lot of wear is still completely white in comparison to my rep strap with very little wear. One of the benefits of a quality strap ;)

pollox, I live in Europe and we don' t have the same brands. But I' ll check for some similar stuff in local stores, thanks for the tip :D

andreww, I have no doubt a gen strap rules. I have a bce graphite v3 coming (can' t wait btw :mrgreen: ) and I actually plan to get a gen strap for it. I asked the price here in Europe for a leather strap at AD, and it was north of 100 euros. Where could I get one cheaper? Surely someone sells them cheap online.
