How do I know what strap size I need for my PAM 029?

Try reading my friend find Ale's posts and research if you can't find a simple answer like this you haven't even tried which will have members who spent months learning irate with you .. Get a 24mm

You need a strap that is 24mm at the lugs. However, some taper from 24 to 22. So......get a 24/24 or a 24/22.

You should measure your buckle too if you want to re-use it with the new strap. Of course if it's 22 mm wide you should take a 24/22 strap.

You don't need one. You have a PAM. They're better.

PAM GUIDE is indicating the size at lugs, the other end of the strap depends on the buckle you have or you want to use

The standard buckle of 24mm PAM 029 is a Thumb Nail buckle of 22mm. Therefore you would need a 24/22 strap.
If you want to use a 24mm buckle you would need a 24/24mm strap.

As above said, if you have started with PAMs, most likely you will avoid to wear Rollies. I got five reps Rolex and two gens, after I got used to wear PAMs I never wear my Rollies, not even the gens.
