12 years ago I picked up a Timewalker chrono woth 3 sundials and date indicator. I believe it’s Asia 7750 movement.
The watch winds, sets, and runs well when not on the wrist, but when there is normal movement, the minute hand flops to wherever the centripetal force pulls it.
How difficult would it be to fix? I assume I would need a case back tool and a basic kit? This would be my first repair attempt, but honestly it sounds like a fun challenge and possibly the start of a new hobby. Or is this way too difficult and guaranteed to fail? I’m quite mechanically inclined and am an engineer by trade, just not the watch trade.
