How difficult is it to tighten a MB Timewalker minute hand?

Is that a Rolex?

12 years ago I picked up a Timewalker chrono woth 3 sundials and date indicator. I believe it’s Asia 7750 movement.

The watch winds, sets, and runs well when not on the wrist, but when there is normal movement, the minute hand flops to wherever the centripetal force pulls it.

How difficult would it be to fix? I assume I would need a case back tool and a basic kit? This would be my first repair attempt, but honestly it sounds like a fun challenge and possibly the start of a new hobby. Or is this way too difficult and guaranteed to fail? I’m quite mechanically inclined and am an engineer by trade, just not the watch trade.

Yeah no, even experienced watch makers refuse to work on this movement A7750 with that subdial configuration

Also a chronograph is one of the hardest movements to service so I don't suggest your first watch to service is a chronograph. Try a NH35 or 6497 if you're curious.

Sorry, my bad I didn't properly read this. Assuming the hand is not properly pushed in then it should be an easy fix but I'm not a watch maker so who knows.
