If a rep maker can execute a watch that complicated, they might as well start their own watch brand and compete in the luxury watch market!
As it stands, it'll be too difficult for the rep makers to fit in that much complication into a small watch (yes even if we're talking about a fat 47mm case). It wouldn't make business sense for them to invest in tech if they wouldn't be able to move so much product as well.
