Hey

For Pam the winder became loss and I can hear it when ever I move my wrist.

Is there any guide to go about to fix it ?

Thanks

Which model? If the rotor is loose you will need to remove the case-back. Picture?

Seems like an inexpensive rep. Reality is it will probably be a noisey rotor bearing. Being that this does not appear to a a familiar factory rep it would be hard to give accurate advice.

@stockwatch, first off, your rep's noisy rotor may be remedied by proper lubrication by a watchmaker, however that is not a definite conclusion. Next please be patient, we aren't on here all the time.

So is the rotor noisy? Can you remove the case back? If so we can tell you how to lubricate the rotor to try and quiet it.
