Hi there,
First of all I have to say I do own gen PAMs including a 000 and a 26K. However, the Pre-V 5218-201/A is my grail watch but I know I won't be able to afford it so I'm looking for a rep.
I saw the latest 201/A offering from DSN and I would like to know accurate it is comparing to a gen:

1. I know the gen has a Unitas 6497 but does anyone know if it is a low or high beat movement? I know the current gen use high beat but I'm not familar with the Pre-V models. Should I upgrade it to a Swiss 6497?
2. How good is the case/CG/dial of this model? Comparaing to the previous 201/A offering from DSN this one seems like a major upgrade.
3. For a gen 201/A, how is the tritium light up after say 15 years? I only own L dials so I'm not sure how the T-filled dial lume up for this DSN model compare to the gen.
Please share your thought on this DSN model for a Pre-V newbie.
Thank you!
