How accurate is the SMP 300m Black dial rep?

I don't know much about this watch; I've always paid more attention to the "Bond" or the the 42.5 PO. I'm starting to fancy this one though...

How good is this rep considered to be? I don't recall seeing any reviews of it.

HEV and crown guards are wrong and that's just from a casual glance.

My first post here (i have lurked a while). I have the gen SMP black dial also known as the 2254.50.00 and if i compare it to the pics i see the following differences:

1. He-valve in the wrong position
2. Slightly to bold text on the dial (but it could be the angle on the pics)
3. A white frame around the datewindow which is not present on the gen
4. To thick caseback compared to the gen
5. To domed crystal, the gen crystal is almost flat

All in all despite the differences with the gen i would say it looks like a hell of a good rep.

Its a good rep but I wouldnt buy it with a swiss eta, I would consider an ETA clone which is significantly cheaper and many times just as reliable as swiss eta.
