How accurate is the Clean 3235 Movement?

Good Moring RWI-Members,

I'm thinking about getting a Rolex Datejust 41 from Clean. The gen movement has an accuracy of +-2 seconds per day and I know that a rep probably won't reach that. Though I have a Tissot automatic (no need to buy a rep of those cheap things) and after just one day it settles at about -5 minutes and I don't want a rep that has the same issues as this thing. So am I good to go with a Clean then, or do you have any suggestions? And before you ask, yes I send in the Tissot multiple times for warranty service and nothing changed, so I guess their movement is just that bad.

Hi Gloos,
I have a sub equipped with the VR3135, the previous reference with respect to the 3235 but very similar. I can say that has an accuracy of +-5 seconds per day, not bad for a clone movement.
The TD will send you a timegraph video together with the QC pictures where you can see the error and beat rate. Also, a service in these cases will help increasing the accuracy in most cases.
Let's see if someone have experiences with the new VR3235 :smildzor:

Check out our revered Nikz19 detailed explanation on reddit here:

To shed some light on the question at hand regarding timekeeping... I had a Datejust 41 with the Clean 3235. It kept time within COSC spec. A day wear normally would not set it back or forward more than 5-10 seconds. If you want more accuracy, send it over to Nikz for service. I have a VS3135 that runs 1+/- a day, didn't need to set time for months.
