Hello,
I have had this Breitling Superocean Heritage Chono A7750 rep for 7 weeks now and the watch has been running fine. It has gotten at most 2 weeks of wrist time. The last time I wore it for about half a day and when I got home, I put it back in my watch box. The time read fine before I closed the lid. Later that evening (6-8 hours later), I went back to discover that my watch lost a considerably amount of time (approx. 4 hours) after having just wore the watch for half a day. I went to re-wound the watch and discovered the hour mark does not even line up to the hour anymore.
For example, at 12:00, the hour mark is at the 58 minute while the minute hand is at 60 minutes.
Please refer to picture:
Also, the date change is now at 7:00 as opposed to 12:00.
Refer to video:
What has gone wrong with the watch? Should I bother even looking into this or just send it back to the dealer?
How can I get it corrected?
Thanks!
