Hot to buy a Panerai Rep - Help!

Like many newbies, when I first learned of replicas AND RWI, I went and purchased a couple of Rolex and Omega replicas. On vacation I saw a Panerai Black Seal watch in a jewelry store window and thought is was sweet. Of course there are a ton of Panerai reps from trusted dealers.
I was interested in the pre order 359L from Puretime, but never got a response to questions after three emails. Then

I stumbled across Silix and the great reviews they have been getting here on RWI, and they have great prices!

Soooooooooo for all you Pam experts I am close to pulling the trigger on this one http://www.silix-prime.com/pans116-p-2401 WOULD APPRECIATE ANY COMMENTS ABOUT THIS ITEM FROM THE PANERAI EXPERTS.

Certainly a special watch since it is a copy of a limited 300 watch addition. Has Unitas 6497 swan neck Asian movement at 21600 (same vibes as the gen) - sapphire crystal. Just wondering what those into the Pam's thought of this clone. PS - Jee at Silix has promptly answered the two emails I sent him concerning this pending selection. Customer service is very important to me.

It's a PAM 082, the biggest flaws visible are: 1. The sec. dial has a different finish then the rest of the dial. 2. The numerals are green in color instead of white/off-white. 3. The second hand is white and the gen is black.

Jee's a good guy. I haven't ordered anything from Silix but i have spoken to him before. Good customer service.

The old saying - cant see the forest for the trees! Not until I put a photo of a gen and this rep side by side do i see the items you pointed out. The 2nd hand should have a black outline around it AND there is no polished area below the 2nd hand on the gen. I think it is too obvious a rep and I may look for something else. Wonder how they got this soooooooooo wrong. Probably could have it modded - but I haven't reached that stage as yet and I don't think the dial face could be fixed other than replace with a gen or another rep and then, what's the point - Thanks - RWI members save my a_s again!

Ya know..... if you like the watch, does it really matter if there are a few niggling flaws? The reps our dealers sell are all very good but they will always be reps. If you like it, go for it--flaws and all. Then enjoy it--but don't try to pass it off as anything other than what it is: a really cool and beautifully executed (but flawed) replica of a really cool watch. ....and a word of warning Panerais are highly addictive!
