Horrible First Experience

I placed and order with TRUSTY TIME.
As it figured among the trusted dealers here.
I asked before hand for the availability of 4 pieces was replied if they were on the site they were available.
I placed the order paid the due amount.
After few days they send me an email saying of 4 pieces none were available.
I asked for a refund for an order that had never started
Andrew denied the refund saying the payments are done to third parties and cannot be refunded.
I obviously pointed out to the fact that they offer refund when problems arise with the merchandise, they should offer refunds since the problem was of their own making.
Andrew said no refund just store credit.
Thing is I do not want to deal with sellers of this kind .
Just not worth being mentioned as a trusted dealer

Well I am glad to let everyone know that despite an initial misunderstanding we have reached a professional conclusion.
I have to stress how professional ANDREW has been.
Unfortunately we WATCH LOVERS are passionate about watches and we often overreact when we feel the piece of our desires are not available.
