Horologium Rex - Scam or not?

I don't know if this is the right place, but I'm a noob. Sorry guys!
As the title says, I found this seller. I'm looking to buy a Seamaster NTTD (<3) VSF, and the price seems reasonable (430 USD. Maybe a lil too reasonabile. Like I said, I'm a noob!!).
Also accepts PayPal, but scammers love PayPal Friends and Family. I haven't read anywhere about this seller and I would like to understand if it's scam or not!

No reviews, no other info? Anywhere? Well, if you want to order, go ahead... You can be the first guy that tests this dealer and write the first review. We recommend inexperienced newbies to stick with TDs for their initial purchases though.

Generally speaking, the acceptance of a certain payment method is no indication whether someone is a scammer. Especially not a dealer. I think you may confuse certain things with private sales, perhaps?
