Yeah I have checked every guide in the newbie section. Just that some guy stated this was indeed the correct website on reddit reptime. A 6y reddit user. So just wanted to check here to make sure.

As has been mentioned dozens of times, CNY delays everything this time of year.

I've been told by another TD that most factories are closed from Jan 14 - Feb 5, so other than stock on hand for a few working through the holidays, likely no one is shipping watches.
