This is my first experience with Hont.

First of all, their website seems to be down permanently now and the only way to reach them is through whatsapp.
It took them about 6 hours to answer and provided me with some links and where to pay.
I made the payment and sent them screenshot+link as instructed, also called. After that point, it says hont is online and the messages were being read right away but no single reply.
I cancelled my payment because it seemed fishy. Good communication til payment and after that, my messages were left on read after that.

a good service provider should have been replying to the client in less than 2 minutes. That's 120 seconds.... not a second extra.

Actually now that I see the phone# that's 1 hour difference between Korea and China. He shoulda gotten the phone in an hour if he were to stand and wait on the south western side of the peninsula for the ferry to come.
