I dunno if he'll get $4K for it, but that's a great watch. If I remember correctly, this watch was posted on 'Risti.com a while ago. It started out as a real RXW MM20, and the fella had the dial/hands made to fit the Rolex movement.

From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I think the watch looks like crap from the front. The dial and hands both look a bit too raw/homemade/rough to me. Plus I'm not a fan of gold hands.

He'll probably get that price, though. It's certainly unique, but I'd rather have one of Enzo's Angelus powered 6152s that he's built. No homemade dials/hands there....

I know the seller/owner of that watch, he had that made back in 2004-05, his description is legit, and it was based on a gen MM20.
He's a regular on the ViaPaneristi forum, but I DO agree that the dial/hands look a bit too homemade.

That guy has had a couple made. Legit movement, custom spacer ring. Hands cut from gold plate, dial made in Switzerland, supposedly by people associated with making the real thing....etc. A lot of custom work. He is know in Paneristi circles. I still think the price is a bit high.
