Hommage Egiziano

Hi, like everybody knows, there is a big hipe for Egiziano cause of the 341 release by Panerai in the last days. I found this http://www.retrospectwatch.com/1954.html and really like it , ...not the pricetag. What do you think on this..... btw: it is "only" 47mm, so it´s wearable!

That is a cool watch, I like it.
1100 USD is pretty high. They always do this, do a limitation on it for 200 pieces will double the price. I am sure it could be done for the half price and still make some good profit, i.e. Steinhart.

Yep, that watch has been released for a while now. I understand that $1100 is a lot of money, but I have an RWC 1938A and the quality is fantastic, so it might be worth it.

Necro Bump

Too bad this is $1100

It would be fun to have 47mm Egiziano with sapphire but all I've seen is inexpensive versions with mineral or super expensive like this. :frusty:

The watch looks good, but:
1- the price is too high;
2. the real egiziano was 60 mm. diameter, not 47!
3. the lack of crown guard!
