Been reading the forum here and there, but decided to jump in.

Really not sure which first replica to get but I sort of have an idea at the same time

I wore a real Tag Heur CBN2013.FC6483 and fell in love with it, but it costs around 7000CAD.

Then wondered if I can find this in a proper superclone replica.

Been wanting a few rolex daytona variations, audemars pigeut royal oak and PP nautilus too but I don't want to get something that's so obviously fake. I see small little imperfections easily.

I saw there are some subvendors that sell modified replicas that look more real but undecided... Pretty much on a mission to get these 4 watches maybe an omega speedmaster too.

Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a decent Heuer 02 rep. If you’re into TAGs you should check out the Hueur 01 and Calibre 16 Carrera reps from XF and V6F. I’ve linked an example of both:

As for Daytonas, if you spend the money and get a high-quality Clean or BTF rep, I think you’ll be amazed at how nice they are straight OOTB. If you read the forum you can get an idea of which factory is better depending on which Daytona model you want and what features are most important to you. I have a BTF Playtona and a Clean Panda and they may be the most impressive OOTB reps I own.

With APs, you usually won’t go wrong with the ZF and APSF versions. I can say that I’ve been really impressed with the AP reps, as even the rep dials are very beautiful. You should read as many of Legend’s posts as possible. He’s certainly the forum’s and maybe the world’s foremost AP expert (rep or Gen).

If you want a Nautilus you’ll have to do some research as PPF, PF, and 3KF all have their strengths and weaknesses. Which one to choose strongly depends on what strengths and/or weaknesses you care about. I will say for myself that 5711 reps, even the good ones, are a bit underwhelming in person.

Finally, everyone is still waiting for a good Speedmaster rep. As far as I know, these reps have a long way to go.

I hope this post gets you headed in the right direction, but definitely don’t take my word for any of this. New factories and reps pop up everyday and what’s best today may be laughable 3 months from now. Read as much as you can, have fun, and keep an open mind. Some of my favorite reps are from brands I never thought I’d be into when I started collecting watches.
