Hi, from some days, like an idiot, I have discovered that “some” Pam watches ( it seems to me both Luminors and Radiomirs ) have reference and serial number engraved between lugs as Rollies . I’ve collected them, chronographs above all, until ten years ago . They are top versions at that time but superclones didn't exist yet. So all with stainless steel casebacks . Here are my two questions:

1) All genuine models are engraved between lugs, even those from 10-15 years ago?

2) Where can I find a correct stainless steel caseback for a 40h power reserve Luminor ? Thanks a lot. I wish you all an excellent continuation . Bye .

1. No, not all PANERAI models have engravings between the lugs, this is the exception rather than the rule. You can see this on some 47mm radiomirs, 47mm luminors in the new 1950 case and a number of SE models. Sometimes the model number and the case number are engraved on one side, sometimes just one thing, in the case of SE, there may be a memorable inscription, like bri paris, etc. For each specific model, you need to look individually. 2. In order to find the right CB, you need to understand what model and what the origin of the case is, and only then will someone be able to answer.
