Just thought it was time to say hello and give you a little background about myself.
I have collected Reps in the early 90s mostly ROLEX with japanese quartz and auto
mov'ts. the quality wasn't all that great but my friends and I had a great time wearing
them. Over the years I've lost interest in Reps and bought a few genuine watches, a
citizen promaster diver, an invicta ocean gost and subaqua. I was ready to take a big
step and buy a genuine panerai 005 when I stumbled on The Dark Side and "WOW"
I'm glad I found this place. The members here are the coolest, willing to answer
questions and give advice to newer members. The quality of the Reps are awsome,
almost as good as gens...My hats off to the Admin. and all members.
Since becoming a member I've purchased a 111h form River, a 196 from Joshau,
a 005 from davidsen, and inquired about a 212 with EL. The 005 that I recived from
davidsen had a problem with the AR coating and davidsen offered to replace it.
I consider the 4 dealers TOP NOTCH, willing to answer any question and work out
any problems, service and delivery excillent...and yes I am a pamaholic.
