Sourcing spare parts for reps is very difficult. You might have more chances looking for a gen spare on Chrono24 and the likes.

I have these, they are 40mm outside diameter and 38-39mm thread diameter

I am also looking for one in order to substitute the Pam 915 display caseback I have, but no luck. All the Alix cases have display caseback for some reason. On ebay there is this crazy offer but I am not going for it:

The ideal would be having a sterile caseback and someone doing the custom engraving work.
