I believe 253/286 are known to be best from H-factory so just go for it.

I bought a 253 HF from m2m. Loving it a TON so far. Only complaint is that HF quality rubber strap is not so great. Considering buying an OEM rubber for it, i like the watch that much!

Sapphire Crystal (Toro) or Mineral Crystal (InTime)

Just ask Toro and confirm it is sapphire. I think I have read in the past all the versions are the same... there is no difference in crystal.
