Hey, who does the most accurate PAM 249 Cali?

I am ready to purchase and want the best one "outta the box".

I'm not really skilled enough to do my own mods (lume, etc) but would be grateful for any advice such as:

"XYZ does the best 249 but would need AR redone and lume as well"
