Help with understanding movement

This might seem like a silly question to the more experienced forum member, but here it goes.
I am looking at a Patek watch from Precious Time. Although I think I found one I like, I do not understand the practicality of the movement. It states:

"Venus Handwind Movement".

Here is the link to the watch: http://ptswisswatch.com/patek-phili...ono/product_info.php/cPath/45/products_id/150

Can someone help me understand what that means day-to-day for me as the wearer.

It mean you have to wind this watch manually every second day.
Great movement, by the way.

Does that consist of just turning the dial? And if so, for how long.

Also, is this movement not more likely to break or wear easily.
Thanks

It has nothing to do with dial. You wind the watch by crown. 45-50 turns is enough to fully wind it. Movements is very reliable and strong. I already said that.
