Help with slipping crown?

Hello!

I need help with my Noob v4 Pam 111, that has a problem with the crown slipping/ hacking when you try to pull the watch up. It's also feels like it's a little bit loose when you pull it out to set time.

Is there anyone here that maybe can fix that or give some advice where to turn with it? In Europe. Cause I was told when I bought it that it was a problem seen quite often with this clockwork/manufacture, is it that?

Would really appreciate if someone could help me with it.

Have you done any research on the movement or watch break down? I see you have been a member here for over a year - that certainly must have given you some insight on how most longtimers feel about spoon feeding
