Help with PAM241!

Hi - I was just on the official Panerai website and saw a model I'd love to get but want to see if anyone has any experience with a rep version of this watch. As you can see, it's a 40mm - unfortunately my wrist is way too small for the larger PAMs.

I'm looking for any info you might have like the accuracy of the rep, issues with the movement, things to watch out for, etc.

I was at an ad this weekend he had a 40mm but it was white gold not sure of the number? But was like my sub size. Very sweet watch!

I think I saw dsn with one of these or close to it like a month ago that was pretty expensive. I want to say it was like $850

Sorry, I went back and checked and DSN had the PAM 240. My mistake

Thanks. and just as important, is the 40mm Panerai intended to be a ladies version? Bad enough I can't afford the gen, but I don;t want the added ridicule for wearing a ladies watch!
