Help with new PAM 1225

So after an exhausting 45 days dealing with Andrew at Trusty I finally received the PAM 1225 I ordered from him. I wound the watch and shook it in my wrist a bit and noticed the second hand will not move although the watch is keeping good time. Anyone here experience this and can offer me a possible solution?
It does not seem to be getting stuck on anything or touching the other hands as the watch otherwise runs fine.

Yes the small second hand. no movement but the watch is keeping time accurately.
