Help with missing Pearl on Carlos Coste

Hi everyone, I have a carlos Coste purchased from Narikaand love it, its awesome, however somewhere along the way the pearl has gone ! As im new to modding, repairs etc can anyone help as to what i ned to do and who i could get a pearl from ?????
