Help with Crown stuck on at hour adjustment

Hi guys, quick question.. is there an easy fix for a crown stuck on the hour adjustment? it takes a while after a few tries to push it back, but whenever I forget to wind it, it naturally stops and have to pull the crown again to adjust the time. Then again, pushing it back is a struggle. thanks.

There's no "easy" fix for it, per say, but a service would help. Or a movement replacement. Keyless works may be inaccurately machined in this one.
