Help with a QC picture

I have ordered a 111m from Josh and its on the way, I was having another look at the QC pictures as I am looking forward to its arrival and noticed that the swan neck is sitting on top of the regulator?, surely this is wrong, will it have any affect on the running of the watch?, or will I have to send it back when I receive it?......thanks in advance for your help, here is a link to the picture in question.

On the 183g i just bought from another member it is much the same as in your picture. It keeps excellent time so far being maybe 10 seconds fast in the 24hrs ive had it. So i'm not worried with mine.

it just needs case back taking off and pushing the swaneck off the regulator
