Help. Who in the US can service a rep P.3000 movement?

So I think my non-noob 372 (with the actual double barrel rep movement) needs to be serviced. It's winding but it never seems to reach fully wound and stop so I think something is slipping in the winding mechanism.

When this watch first came out people remarked that the movement was a unique new movement. Does anyone have experience fixing these?

I think @Strodda could take a look at that. I don't know if he ever disassembled one, but he's very skilled for sure.

Did you every get this movement serviced? I have a p.3000 superclone in my PAM564 rep and have similar questions on the winding mechanism. Have read it may just need lubed.
