Help to identify an old school Pam please

I have had this piece many years. If still runs great but date stopped working a while back and do not know where to send it for service and repair. Can someone kindly direct me to a trusted service person and also can someone let me know what Panerai model number this is. It has been a very reliable watch with exceptional lume great crystal and great looking to boot. Regards

Looks like a fantasy build, hoping a resident expert can chime in and help!

The dial/hands are from a PAM00089 however that watch is made of titanium.

The serial number on the back (OP6637PB527910) refers to a PAM00781.
