Help to decide which PAMs to keep!
Hello all
Well I think I finally realised that I have to start controlling my PAM addiction as my current collection has exceeded the space available in my dedicated Panerai box.
So I am faced with the dilemma of off-loading several pieces, more for practical reasons than anything else.
Here is my lineup as of today (sans H fac 026K currently on loan...)
Right->left, top row:
1. 029M v2 Noob
2. 326M Noob
3. 164N Hfac/Noob CG
4. 237H Hfac
Right->left, bottom row:
5. 380/292 mutt in DLC (Hfac)
6. preV 201a, top parts from FDG/Noob/DSN & mods, elabore-grade swiss mov't, self build
7. Anonimo Millimetri (gen, not selling it as of yet)
8. 115F, top parts from EL/Nfac/Hfac, elabore-grade swiss mov't, self build
9. 114E, DSN/Noob mutt, basic mods, self build
Now I have tried logically to figure out which ones I want to sell. The problem is that I know that I go though "phases" when I wear only modern autos, then get tired of them and switch to historic hand-wound models, then get tired of Luminors and start wearing Radiomirs (well that hasn't happened in a while, but still...).
My current rotation, which has been pretty stable over past 5-7 months, includes:
+ occasional Anonimo.
So if you were me, which 3 of these would you KEEP - just say (1, 2, 8)? I'd dump it in excel after and do a bit of analysis based on the responses, quickly followed by "for sale" thread here and on the other forum
Just one thing - from selling prospective, I've long noticed that more expensive builds (such as my 201) are almost always unlikely to sell quickly and I'd have it take a 200-300$ loss on a piece like that so I think I'd rather keep them. Is there truth to that? Let me know your opinion...
Thanks all in advance!

My current rotation, which has been pretty stable over past 5-7 months, includes:
- 115 - as I am left-handed, I love the comfort of wearing it on right hand.
- 326 - super-quality all over the place, love the titanium, very unusual w-end dial that gets tons of complements
- 164 - best crystal I've seen, most gen-like of any auto's I've handled.
+ occasional Anonimo.
So if you were me, which 3 of these would you KEEP - just say (1, 2, 8)? I'd dump it in excel after and do a bit of analysis based on the responses, quickly followed by "for sale" thread here and on the other forum
