Help?!?! Regulate seagull movement

Ok.

So ive regulated a few of my watches before and generally with good results.

On my new kw's i decided on the seagull for a change.

One was running about +15s/day. I thought no problem. Nothing a simple regulate wont fix.

Fast forward now watch isnt running stable at all.

Im wondering if ive moved the wrong paddle? Anyone have any experience who could help out?

Is this the part that you moved?

To slow the movement down you should move the lever counterclockwise.

That is the one. I think. Its under a deco plate on the 9010 but i moved one that looks like that.

It is SUPER sensitive though and seems to change the beat error and amplitude as well.
