HELP! PAM 111 winding spoilt

residing in singapore and recently my daily beater stopped working. the winding mechanism seems faulty. doesnt catch when i attempt to wind. any help would be appreciated.

yes i did but nothing seems to work. anyone able to share some local contacts in singapore who's able to rectify this?
