Help on time setting

Hi Experts,

I am new to panerai and just got a new PAM 111H.
May I know how do I set the time and how many cycles should I wind the crown on a daily basis?
I am afraid that winding too much might cause a damage to the watch

Wind the watch just till you feel a little resistance that's good enough. You can go further than that slowly until it stops just so you know how far you can take it.

To set the time just open the crown guard lever, pull out the crown and set the time. That's it.
