help on identifying Pam CG profile

I've got 2 Pam but it seems that the CG is different in shape from each other.
The one on the left is Pam390 with a slightly tapered trapeze CG while the one on the right is a 111 and its rectangular shaped. Can someone tell me this is normal? Or does the different Pam's comes with different CG profile?

I'm not sure of the answer but I'm interested to know as well. My PAM005 has the trapeze shape as on the left. It causes me a rather amusing Panerai callus on the back of my hand if I wear the watch like normal so I've learnt to wear my PAMs slightly further up my wrist lol.
