Looks like an ETA clone, but not sure which one it is. Please help me identifying the movement #

The movement stutters / stops and goes every 5-10 seconds unless if i tap on it with my palm… im guessing it needs a new hairspring or pinion is giving out, but would like to just do a movement swap

And how will the watch know when to change the date if it doesn't know what day it is ?

Hi, Is it easily possible to remove the (quick)date-setting from when pulling out the crown? I'm guessing a watchmaker should do this, my question is just if it's something any watchmaker could do during a regular service? To explain further: So that the crown can only be pulled out ONE step...
