Help needed: PAM424 AND PAM380

Are these two the best Pam380+424 out there? should i get them or wait for improved versions like noob? and would i have the same issue that i had with the noob pam292 which is loud ticking noise that made me crazy and sell it immediately?

I think the suggestion was made jokingly. If you will always wait for the next best thing, you'll never buy anything. :lol: The PAM380 from H-Factory is classified as a first class rep. The PAM424 is too new to be classified as of the moment but there's nothing bad about it (well except for the price ).

IMHO none of them would solve the issue you have with the movement sound. Both feature an open caseback, so the ticking would be even more noticeable than 292.
The ticking sound is a feature I like in PAMs, it gives them character. If you're not comfortable with it though, you should probably look for an auto-winding movement, like the 388.

You must have bionic ears. the only time I can hear them tic is if I put my ear up to them. Bu really for a lot of us that is part of the charm.

Though i have other genuine high end watches, i have a soft spot for users of this forum rather than genuine forum members. You are soo helpful guys, thanks for all the love.
i think i will get the 380 from puretime since it has no ticking noise and save for a later 424 :couple_inlove:
