HELP Needed PAM 253

HI, noob here.. just have a quick question..

I just dropped my PAM today from half a meter window. It suddenly doesn't keep up the time meaning everything is working well includes all hands but the problem is after 15mins or so it doesn't show the correct time.

anyone knows what's wrong with it? or any solution?

I'd suggest stop it running and get it to a watchmaker.
