help needed from the Pam specialist

I while back I sold my 090, which was a cheap version bought from Ufanta almost 4 years ago, it wasn't getting any wrist time.
Anyway I miss the watche and also love the blue dial of my 082.
Questions:
Does anyone knows if a blue dial power reserve watch has ever been repped?

I got some answer from the other forum, so I decided to buy that:

As I just wrote it on another well known rep forum, if I lost 65 euros it won't be the first 65 euros I lost in this hobby...
On the other hand if this dial is Gen, it's worth 5 times the 65 euros I paid for...

I saw a gen Navitimer dial in his ebay listings for a very cheap price. Not the model I'm looking for, but I'm really puzzled by his price level.
For Boudart anyway, it's the best way to go : affordable dial (gen or not, we'll see) to build his own PAM.
