Help me with my 6497 - balance wheel stops.

I recently bought a vintage Henio build 6152, and the watch has some interesting quirks with the amplitude in the balance wheel. The movement will start running when I spin the watch with my wrist, then slow down until it stops.

1. Movement only stops when wound 50%-full
2. Movement stops in all positions
3. Movement runs great when 0-50% wound.
4. Movement keeps amazing time
5. Movement has been serviced.
6. PR is good, winding is smooth


Please advise me on what's going on!

Maybe the crown wheel or the ratchet wheel are not screwed correctly. I had a similar problem, the excessive tension of the mainspring blocked the march of the watch.
I checked the mov and the crown wheel was not correctly screwed (also the mov was completely dry, I oiled all jewels and wheels). I suggest to control if all wheels are properly lubed.
