Well I have to send my 195 back I just got bc it wasn't lumed right. I already have a 127 and a 111h. I really like PVD but I'm down for anything really as long as its not a Rad or a destro.

I'm just unsure and any suggestions would he awesome. Pics included would be even more helpful.

Thanks

Nice watch indeed. Needs a new strap, though...

If you're after a PVD piece, I'd say first choice would be the 202/A and 2nd choice would be the 203/A.

Those CNC dials are ultra cool.

DSN used a CNC machine to engrave his Pre-V dials. They are then lume filled, true to how the gen dials were made. The finished product is truly one of a kind. If DSN would have got the shape of the 6 and 9 more correct, his dials would be better than even FGD's dials. As it is, it's still a toss up, IMO.

Hooli I think you just made up my mind for me.

How strong is the lume?

Very strong - which is actually incorrect. 15+ year old tritium wouldn't glow much.

This goes back to my point in your other thread about thickness of the lume being a HUGE factor in how strong it glows. These engraved indices can hold a TON of lume...

Ya I understand about the lume but my argument in the other thread was that if it was lumed properly the hands should still be a torch because there is more surface area but it didn't even glow noticeable amount after being in the sun. If the 202 glows that's cool with me. I love lume :)

Hooli have owned one?

Nope, haven't owned a 202/A from DSN.

Although, this thread is tempting me....

Just don't get David's Deco Bezel. I recently sent my second one back. This one arrived with a face in bits and a movement where it felt as if the stem had parted company with the crown. I'm reaaaaaaaally fed up :x The first one just wouldn't run, despite considerable expertise from forum members.
