help me identify this movement and alternatives

Hi there forum members, wondered if somebody could identify this troublesome movement from my new YM Rep please? Also perhaps somebody knows a better alternative / s to this movement? thanks

It's a 2813 with a plastic movement ring.

Yes i think it is a 2813 now youve mentioned that and ive google inages of it. Being new to this ate there direct replacements to this movement i should look at, as ill
be replacing it anyway?
