Help me ID this rep

Came across someone selling a rep 438 at a decent price but aint sure which maker/version this is.
Any idea?

It's the original PAM438 V1 with the A7750 decorated to look like the P.9001 movement as the balance wheel is @11 and there are only two versions with the other being the VSF with the V2. P9001 movement with functions like gen.
