Help making a PAM115

Hello,

I wear my watches on my right & I'd like to put together something that looks like a PAM115.

For the dial I would get the upcoming Noob PAM 026, but for the case
can I start with a 111N and flip the CG so the lever points up? What would be the benefits of using a 219 case?...I see that the CG
won't be polished. I would also turn the 026 into either a PVD base or 111...will it be like legos? or is there a best combination to choose?

I've never flipped a case. I guess you could do a 26k and maybe a112 do donor. But I would be wondering where to get the cb from
