Stripped the threads on on of the lugs the firstt week and have been using the spring bars ever since but now one of them is coming through the slot end hole and falling out. I also havent been able to use any strap tubes because they dont fit the bars he sent me. This sucks. Can anyone give me any suggestions other than send it back for a new one (would he even take it back for that?).

Springbars don't need tubes. Tubes are to stop straps unscrewing the screws.

If it happened in the first week to me that's a problem. I'd email Davidsen, he is a good guy and will make things right.

When you pay over $300 for a rep, this kind of stuff should not be a problem.

Contact River now and you will have your springbars within a few days. He is one of the fastest shippers I've come across so far!
BTW The springbars work great!

I agree, go with River. I had ordered my springbars on a Saturday night. I had them early Tuesday Morning.

Thanks guys, ordered a set from River this AM. Hope it solves the problem b/b it's a pain to send stuff back to HK.

I just can't understand why this problem keeps happening. Especially since DVSN specializes in PAMs. He should fix this before worrying about the damn font on the dial. I wonder if he's losing sales from it?

He's not losing sales from me, as I switch to springbars on every PAM I have the minute that I open the box.

Springbars are so much nicer than screwbars...

I noticed that my DSN uses smaller threads than the gen screws I have always wondered where to find the gen tap size that way you could get screws anywhere and more robust threads. Does anyone know where to find that information?
