Help identifying this please.. 21J or 2836?

This movement is stamped 2836-2 but look just like a couple 2813s I have lying about and it's definitely low beat. 21J right?

Yeah, not even close to looking like a 2836-2. Balance wheel on 21J and 2836-2 are in different spots, this is a 21J no doubt.

Looks like a high beat 4813 to me. Never seen that colour used for the DG2813 low beat, they are all nickel colour.
