Help identifying this model

im hoping that someone can help me identify this model. It is a 47mm with four lines of text. The thing that is causing me problems is that I can’t find another with the “Luminor Panerai” at the top and the “Marina Militare” at the bottom. All the pictures I have found in my research has the two groups of text inverted….MM on top and LP at the bottom. Is this an obscure model or just a pure fantasy model? Thank you.

Fantasy if it’s a modern watch, vintage watches could come with these inscriptions.

I believe it to be fantasy, but please do correct me if I'm wrong.

Another thing to look at would be the sub seconds and 9 numeral. On models with both such as the PAM359, the sub seconds dial is always slightly larger than the hour marker.
The strap looks to be a nice strap though!
