Help Identifying the Version Pam 380

Hi Guys,

Can someone help confirm what version or factory my Pam 380 is? I think it is H-Fac but i maybe wrong. I acquired it via trade and I'm planning to sell off a few more pieces and I don't want to misrepresent anything.
