Help identifying replica

Hi all

I'm new to the forum. I wanted to ask if anyone could help me identifying the enclosed replica?
Given the price tag of nearly 900$ I assume that it is not merely a fantasy watch (although it could be mostly for the tourbillon).

However I am not sure of which model it is supposed to be a replica. At first I thought the "pour le merité", but it seems to be quite different after all.

A lot of these tourby's are fantasy models...the makers being restricted by the available movements.
